## 1. Subscription Plans and Prices
Premium is optional. Purchases are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions through Google Play Billing. The app's reference offers are:
Plan
Google Play product
Trial, when eligible
Recurring price
**Weekly**
`mic_sub_weekly`
No free trial
**$0.49/week**
**Monthly**
`mic_sub_monthly`
3-day free trial
**$1.49/month**
**Annual**
`mic_sub_annual`
7-day free trial
**$14.99/year**
These are reference prices in USD, not a guarantee that each offer is currently available. Google Play displays the authoritative localized price, currency, taxes, eligible trial, and payment schedule before you confirm. If no trial is offered to your account, the displayed paid price applies from purchase. A plan cannot be purchased until it is available through Google Play.
## 2. Trials, Eligibility and Renewal
- **Weekly Plan:** Billed immediately upon purchase confirmation, with no free trial. The reference price is **$0.49 every week**; it renews weekly until cancelled.
- **Monthly Plan:** Eligible new subscribers offered a **3-day free trial** pay nothing for that trial. Unless cancelled before it ends, the reference charge is **$1.49 every month** thereafter until cancelled. We recommend cancelling at least **24 hours before** the 3-day trial ends.
- **Annual Plan:** Eligible new subscribers offered a **7-day (1-week) free trial** pay nothing for that trial. Unless cancelled before it ends, the reference charge is **$14.99 every year** thereafter until cancelled. We recommend cancelling at least **24 hours before** the 7-day trial ends.
- A trial is shown only when Google Play says that the signed-in account is eligible for that product's introductory offer. Prior use of a trial or introductory offer, account history, product configuration, location, or other Google Play rules may make an account ineligible.
- When a trial is available and accepted, the selected plan automatically changes to its recurring paid price at the end of the trial unless it is cancelled in time. Google Play may require a valid payment method even during a free trial.
- After the trial, the weekly, monthly, or annual subscription renews at the displayed recurring price for that plan until cancelled through Google Play. Google Play controls the exact renewal date and any localized terms.
- Cancel before the end of the trial or current billing period to avoid the next charge. We recommend doing so at least **24 hours before** the displayed end time, rather than waiting until the last moment; the renewal date and Google's cancellation confirmation are authoritative. Closing or uninstalling the app, or removing purchase data, does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
## 3. Free vs. Premium Feature Comparison
Feature

Premium (paid or referral)

## 4. How to Cancel in Google Play
Use either of these Google Play paths. Cancellation must be completed in Google Play; the app cannot cancel the subscription on your behalf.
- In the **Google Play Store** app, tap your profile icon > **Payments & subscriptions** > **Subscriptions**.
- Select **Mic to Headphone**, tap **Cancel subscription**, and follow Google's confirmation steps.
In a browser, open the Google Play Subscriptions Center, select the subscription's **Manage** action, choose **Cancel subscription**, and complete the confirmation. If the subscription is not visible, check that Google Play is signed into the purchasing account. The app's **Manage in Play Store** action opens this center.
Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the already-paid period. Refunds, revocation, or regional cancellation options can change the access end date. See Google Play's cancellation guidance.
## 5. Verification Cache and Restoring Purchases
For an already verified purchase, the app keeps a private local verification state for up to **72 hours offline**. The cache is excluded from Android backup and transfer, uses monotonic-time and boot checks, and can be invalidated sooner when freshness or installation scope cannot be established. Online verification uses Google Play purchase information and a fresh Play Integrity-bound request to the app's Supabase verification service.
If you change devices or reinstall, open the Premium dialog and tap **Restore Purchases** while signed into the same Google Play account. Restore explicitly resumes Play purchase synchronization. Only a Google Play purchase in the **PURCHASED** state that passes backend verification grants paid access; a **PENDING** purchase does not unlock Premium.
**Purchase-data deletion is not subscription cancellation:** Tapping **Delete Purchase Data** first pauses automatic Play synchronization, then requests deletion for purchase records available on that installation. If the requests succeed, the app clears its local purchase state and keeps synchronization paused. A failed or unavailable request may require an online retry or support. This action does **not** cancel recurring billing, erase Google Play order history, or prevent a later **Restore Purchases** from creating a fresh verification record.
## 6. Refund Requests
Refund eligibility depends on Google Play's policies, the purchase circumstances, and applicable law. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or an immediate refund. Do not rely on a pending refund request to stop renewal: check the subscription in Google Play and cancel separately if it remains active.
- **Within 48 hours of the charge:** Open Google Play Order History, select the Mic to Headphone order, choose **Report a problem** or the available refund option, select the reason, and submit the request through Google Play.
- **After 48 hours, or if the Play form is unavailable:** Email support@cibru.in with the Google Play order number (for example, the format `GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX` shown on your receipt), plan, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Support will review the request and available refund options under the applicable policies and law; approval is not automatic.
For the current rules, see Google Play's app and subscription refund policy. These instructions do not limit statutory consumer rights.
